Raw material of polyester yarns in endless fiber group, which is used in every field of textile, is petroleum based PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate).
Reaction of Polyethylene Terephthalate with MEG (Monoethylene Glycol) or DEG (Diethylene Glycol) at reactors results in MELT, fluid form of polyester, to emerge. With MELT processed at machines, POY yarn, which is with semi-draw, comes up. POY yarn is the raw material of Texturized yarn. Texturized yarn is produced after POY yarn is processed at texturized machines. On the other hand, FDY yarn is obtained through processing MELT at FDY machines. FDY yarn is with full-draw, and it is easily used at every processes of textile as final product.
